Data Reporting Analyst, Global Merchandising
We are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to play a key role in Global Merchandising, supporting Allocation Planners, Demand Planners, Merchandising Planners, and Inventory Planners. You will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, empowering business stakeholders to make informed decisions.
As part of the Transformation and Strategic Initiative within Global Merchandising, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to enhance our data foundation, drive analytical capabilities, and support the transition to our new planning system O9. You will develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that provide valuable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Allocation Planning, Demand Planning, Merchandising Planning, and Inventory Planning teams to develop insights and analytical solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Translate business challenges and opportunities into data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports that create meaningful impact.
- Develop data storytelling capabilities to ensure a smooth transition from existing planning systems to O9.
- Build and maintain data models, reports, and analytics solutions that enhance decision-making.
- Identify and explore new data sources and modelling opportunities to improve business intelligence.
- Drive data quality assurance and ensure efficient data consumption for stakeholders.
- Execute data assessments and audits to uncover opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data modelling, and advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, Power Automate, SQL, Python for data visualization and analysis.
- Experience in designing and implementing data infrastructure and automated reporting tools.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and work independently with limited guidance.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Microsoft PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst certification is a plus.
