Data Quality Analyst

As a Data Quality Analyst you will be responsible to develop, implement and maintain MDMs data quality products in the organization. The role will work cross-functionally with product owners and SPOCs in the implementation of data products across all PANDORAs value streams.


Your key accountabilities will be to: 

  • Develop and maintain the Data Quality product toolbox
  • Ensure data quality deliverables are operationalized and adopted in the organization across value streams.
  • Identify, analyze and scope business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and our external data quality partner. 
  • Support the Partner development team in the delivery of data quality use cases in agile sprint cycles.  
  • Facilitate and strengthen the data quality control process together with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper alignment and business commitment 
  • Proactively identify, scope and prioritize data quality issues
  • Work cross functional with Pandora’s Data and Analytics product teams
  • Design actionable data quality controls and monitoring based on business requirements  
  • Identify and determine data quality root causes and make recommendations for long-term solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a standardized approach to data quality management (design, standards, governance, reporting and documentation)  


What is needed to succeed:      

  • At least 3 - 5 year experience working within data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets
  • Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication and culture change
  • Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry
  • Experience from global organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner
  • Able to work independently and take ownership and initiative
  • Strong in excel, data management and data visualization tool.
  • Experience with SQL programming and data visualization tools
