About the Role

 

You will support the development of data governance framework and enterprise data governance policies, processes, standards and roles across systems and projects. You will also drive identification of all Data Assets at Pandora.

 

About the Team

 

You will join a multi-cultural team spread over 3 locations: Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Thailand. You will be part of a matrix organisation of 20 plus composed of Data Governance, Data Excellence, Data Architecture, Master Data Tooling and ERP Master Data professionals.

 

 Key Accountabilities:

 

• Policy and Procedure Establishment: Define and document data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective data management practices. 
• Identify and own Data Domains (Data Blocks) and collaborate with Data Excellence Team to monitor Data Quality
• Drive cross functional Data Forums for all Data Domains 
• Drive, maintain and own Data Glossary 
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and establish governance requirements. 


What is needed to succeed:

 

• In-depth knowledge of data governance concepts, frameworks, and best practices to establish and maintain effective data governance processes. 
• Familiarity with data protection laws, regulations, and industry compliance standards to ensure the organization's data practices align with legal requirements. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and senior management, fostering a data-centric culture. 
• The ability to analyze complex data governance issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions to improve data governance processes and mitigate risks.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English both spoken and written
