Data Analyst – Retail Data Products
Are you good at translating the why and what into how?
Do you enjoy being the one who connects people, process, and technology to get the best results? If yes, you might be the person we’re looking for.
We’re hiring a Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics product team supporting Pandora's Retail business. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to define needs and translate them into clear, actionable work for engineers and product teams. You’ll also lead and support projects that enhance our data products and drive better decision-making across the business.
You will be part of our agile product team, collaborating with Data Engineers, Analysts, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful development and adoption of data-driven solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the key link between business stakeholders and the data product team – understanding needs, clarifying goals, and translating them into user stories and requirements.
- Help define, prioritize, and manage the backlog for data products, ensuring the work aligns with business value and strategic goals.
- Lead and support data-related projects end-to-end – from discovery to implementation and rollout.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, demos) and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
- Analyse, document, and map current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the design and rollout of new functionality, including documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency of progress, blockers, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and business operations.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role working closely with both business and technical teams.
- Strong ability to define and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specs.
- Experience in agile delivery, with hands-on participation in backlog management, sprint planning, and user story writing.
- Basic understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, and tools like SQL (ability to query data is a plus).
- Strong facilitation and communication skills – you can run workshops, align stakeholders, and make complex topics simple.
- A structured, self-driven, and collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a large global organisation, preferably in retail or e-commerce, is a plus.
- A passion for enabling data-driven decision-making through well-designed tools and processes.
Why join us?
- You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Pandora uses data to drive retail excellence.
- You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive, and growing product team.
- You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and business areas – and your work will directly impact decision-making and performance.
- We offer a hybrid, flexible work environment and opportunities for career growth in an international setting.
