We are currently looking for a Customer Performance Specialist to join our Consumer Insights team in Pandora’s Global Office located in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you will play an integral role in maintaining and creating insightful and strategy-driven customer reporting. 

 

Your role: 
As our new Customer Performance Specialist, you will influence the enhancements and evaluation of automated dashboards, monitor ad hoc requests for dashboard development and work closely with stakeholders across our organization to provide reports and insights about the Pandora customer using our 1st party data. You will not only analyse and interpret customer data in a creative way but also influence customer strategy based on actionable recommendations and support the development of our reporting framework.

 

Furthermore, you will:

  • Help the Customer Performance Manager to measure impact of reporting capabilities by monitoring KPIs, evaluating dashboards and creating feedback loops
  • Analyze 1st party customer data and support data-driven insights and recommendations 
  • Prioritize, liaise and deliver on ad hoc requests from stakeholders across the business
  • Present actionable insights to improve brand performance (e.g., audience focus, market GTM effort, campaign effectiveness, basket bundles)
  • Work closely with the Data & Analytics team to optimize, enhance and scale dashboards 
  • Leverage global and local tools to communicate customer performance results
  • Support the Customer Performance Manager in exploration of 3rd party vendors 

 

Key requirements:

  • Relevant degree with minimum 3 years’ of marketing, strategy, or agency experience; CPG/ Retail experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of data driven marketing, measurement and data analysis techniques
  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency working with dashboarding platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
  • Experience with collaboration across teams and markets to deliver data driven insights and recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • SQL experience is not a requirement but a plus
