We are looking for a Customer Performance Manager for a maternity cover, who will be responsible for analyzing 1st party customer data, identifying performance trends, and delivering actionable insights to drive business growth. You will play a key role in influencing the enhancement and evaluation of automated dashboards, monitoring ad-hoc requests, and collaborating closely with stakeholders globally and locally. Beyond analyzing and interpreting customer data creatively, you will also provide mentorship and guidance to foster skill development and career growth for a Customer Performance Specialist.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, drive and lead Customer 1st party data performance by analyzing large volumes of transactional data to identify patterns, trends and insights.

  • Present data-driven insights & actionable recommendations that demonstrate an understanding of our customer to support strategic decision-making across departments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact at all levels of an organization, especially senior management and c-suite, as well as across functions.

  • Continuously optimize analytics methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Monitor KPIs, evaluate dashboards, lead cross-functional projects, and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Prioritize, liaise and deliver ad hoc requests across Global, Markets and cross-functional teams relating to 1st party customer data.

  • Collaborate with Digital & Tech Analysts & Data Scientists to establish best practices, utilize tech tools to gather relevant data, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the marketing team.

  • Lead and grow customer centricity in marketing by placing Customer 1st party data at the forefront while delivering relevant performance reports that help drive strategy.

  • Drive direction for customer data strategy in collaboration with Digital & Tech.

  • Help define Marketing KPIs related to acquisition and retention Globally and across markets, while monitoring performance results.

  • Develop clear and concise reports/dashboards to communicate actionable insights effectively to key stakeholders.

 

Required Skills

  • Relevant degree with minimum 8 years’ of marketing, strategy, or analytics experience; B2C experience in CPG/Retail is a plus.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency working with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)

  • Basic SQL experience necessary, advanced a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects & cross-functional teams simultaneously.
