We are currently looking for a Customer Data Strategy Specialist to join Pandora on our exciting growth journey. This role will be part of the Customer Experience & Analytics team in Global Marketing and is pivotal in ensuring basic and advanced consumer data segmentations are shared and implemented consistently cross-channels.

 

Your role:

In this role, you will be working directly in Pandora’s Customer Data Platform (Bloomreach). If you have hands on experience with CDPs, Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, A/B testing tools and ESPs we consider it a plus. Together with the other Customer Data Strategist you will define and prioritise customer data needs and requests across the organisation, while ensuring tech and non-tech stakeholders are up to date with customer data activation opportunities in Pandora.

 

Furthermore, you will:

  • Coordinate, prioritize and solve customer data requests such as creation of audiences
  • Contribute to Customer Data Strategy content and execution
  • Ensure data storage and activation compliance
  • Define customer data activation best practice and golden rules in collaboration with channels and markets
  • Participate in campaign planning from content creation to performance review from a consumer data perspective
  • Onboard new starters to customer data at Pandora
  • Stay up to speed with new technology, opportunities, and compliance regulations in the everchanging consumer data environment
  • Ensure proper documentation and frequent quality assurance

 

Something about you:

You might be the person we are looking for if you have a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take initiative and work independently or with a team. We also believe you exhibit stellar motivation and attitude, and you have a strong curiosity to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills in both a physical and digital environment. Besides that, you are organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow-through. Furthermore, we believe you have:

  • Relevant master’s degree preferably within Data Science or Business
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience activating data, preferably through DMPs, CDPs, DSPs or other platforms in B2C and preferably in retail
  • Expert understanding of omni-channel targeting and customer journey implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR
