Customer Data Privacy Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Customer Data Privacy Coordinator to join Pandora on our exciting growth journey. This role will be part of the Customer Experience & Analytics team in Global Marketing and is pivotal in ensuring privacy being a differentiator when we use our privacy standards to drive trust and brand loyalty in a world where consumers become increasingly privacy-minded. The role will be key in creating customer trust and loyalty through best in class privacy consent, transparency and control.
Your role:
- Futureproofing our Customer Data Privacy setup. Following trends, best practices, relevant law cases, consent regulation (explicit and implicit, double-opt in), etc...
- Working together with the Customer Data Strategy Specialist and Customer Performance Specialist to make sure customer data reporting and data activation is compliant
- Working closely together with our Global Privacy team on a number of projects incl. but not limited to:
- Co-own the Global Privacy Policy process. Rolling out to all markets, coordinating and informing all stakeholders and consumers, updating Privacy Policy when needed etc.
- Lead our customer data retention and data storage processes, creating documentation etc.
- Subject Matter Expert on Customer Data Privacy in Marketing and driving key projects on:
- Lead the data retention agenda and measurement hereof together with stakeholders to continuously measure and improve opt outs from our loyalty, email marketing and general prevention of consumers becoming inactive as per our Privacy Policy stated retention rules
- Drive the project to fully automate the Cancellation of Loyalty Membership process
- Documenting and supporting on the Data Subject Rights (DSR) process incl. tasks like:
- Responsible for the DSR operating model. Documentation and securing alignment across stakeholders
- Securing that the service-level-agreement (SLA) on DSR requests are lived up to
- Support DSR agents on request handling if questions arise
- Personalize the current DSR process incl. automated communication to improve customer experience
- Lead the project that aims to semi-automate the DSR process together with key stakeholders

We also believe you exhibit stellar motivation and attitude, and you have a strong curiosity to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills in both a physical and digital environment. Besides that, you are very organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow-through.
Furthermore, we believe you have:
- Relevant degree preferably within Marketing and/or Digital Business/Information Systems
- Experience working with privacy and/or compliance
- Proficient knowledge of GDPR, CPRA and similar regulations
- Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools like Asana
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Thrive in collaborating with several colleagues and teams around the world on a daily basis
- Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
