We are currently looking for a Customer Data Privacy Coordinator to join Pandora on our exciting growth journey. This role will be part of the CRM and Loyalty Team in Global Marketing and is pivotal in ensuring privacy is a differentiator when we use our privacy standards to drive trust and brand loyalty in a world where consumers are becoming increasingly privacy-minded. The role will be key in creating customer trust and loyalty through best-in-class privacy consent, transparency, and control.

 

Your Role

  • Leading, documenting, and improving the Data Subject Rights (DSR) process:
    • Managing the DSR operating model and processes in close collaboration with DSR agents based in Warsaw, PL.
    • Documenting and securing alignment across stakeholders.
    • Ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLA) on DSR requests.
    • Supporting DSR agents in handling requests and addressing queries.
    • Personalizing the current DSR process, including automated communication to enhance customer experience.
    • Leading the project aimed at semi-automating the DSR process with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the Global Privacy Team on various projects:
    • Futureproofing our Customer Data Privacy setup by following trends, best practices, relevant law cases, and consent regulations (explicit and implicit, double opt-in).
    • Organizing DSR workshops for new joiners, business owners, etc.  
    • Leading our customer data retention and data storage processes in accordance with Pandora's Privacy Policy.
    • Providing monthly updates to the Business Owner on all relevant topics related to Privacy.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on Customer Data Privacy in Marketing and driving key projects:
    • Leading the data retention agenda and measuring its effectiveness to continuously improve opt-out rates from our loyalty and email marketing programs, and preventing consumers from becoming inactive per our Privacy Policy's retention rules.
    • Acting as Marketing’s go-to person for questions regarding privacy and compliance topics. This role includes involvement in various projects, including, but not limited to, supporting the rollout of the mobile marketing channel to different markets and providing recommendations on privacy-by-design for new features that the marketing team is working on.
    • Participating in the Data Capture and Consumer Data Forum, connecting stakeholders from across the organization on customer data-related topics to ensure comprehensive data management, alignment on data strategies, and the effective use of customer data for informed decision-making.

You might be the person we are looking for if you are proactive with the ability to take initiative and work independently and with a team. We also believe you exhibit stellar motivation and attitude, and you have a strong curiosity to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills in both a physical and digital environment. Besides that, you are very organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow-through.

 

Furthermore, we believe you have: 

  • Relevant degree preferably within Marketing and/or Digital Business/Information Systems
  • 2 to 3 years experience working with privacy and/or compliance
  • Proficient knowledge of GDPR, CPRA and similar regulations
  • Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools like Asana
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • Thrive in collaborating with several colleagues and teams around the world on a daily basis
  • Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
