Project / Insights Manager - Dynamic Content, Creative Team (BRACO)

About the job

You will lead work streams in close partnership with creatives and the rest of Brand & Communication (BRACO) team, and you will be a key enabler of innovating in the area of personalized and dynamic content. You will also be the main technical SPOC for key BRACO platforms, and  manage a Specialist resource (Data Steward).



Reporting to the Head of Dynamic Content, the Project Manager will:


  • Supporting Head of team in launch of Dynamic Content projects (user cases), enabling smooth connections across Analytics, G2M (Centre of Excellence), Technical teams
  • Maintaining Creative Insights dashboards - Responsible for interpreting content performance reports
  • Owning data & insights orchestration and sharing, including:
    • Applying customer data and consumer insights to DCF, helping guide key target groups and use case selection
    • Providing input on use case performance and decision of scaling use cases
  • Raising brand governance alerts from campaign reporting to the DCF lead 
  • Owning technical development and ongoing maintenance of key technical systems, shared by DCF and the rest of BRACO (such as Pandora asset library)
  • Coaching and providing guidance to Data Steward



  • Technical expertise of key platforms used by DCF (Ad-lib, Celtra, Smartly)
  • Strong analytical skills – both able to perform analysis and apply learnings
  • Knowledge of performance measures –channel-specific and omnichannel
  • Strong communication skills – at appropriate level depending on receiver
  • Customer-driven – seeing the customer behind the numbers and identifying key customer pain points
  • Proven ability to implement consumer insights from digital marketing data sets
  • Team player with strong interpersonal relation skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to keep learning and growing
  • People management experience
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing
