As Pandora’s Creative Director for Editorial & Social Content, you’ll lead the creative strategy behind our global social channels and editorial features—crafting trend-driven, storytelling-led experiences that captivate millions. 

In this pivotal role, you’ll guide a talented team of social-first art directors, designers, and copywriters, while collaborating across functions to ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand vision and sparks engagement. Key Accountabilities:

Lead Creative Direction: Drive the strategy for editorial and social content, creating trend-led assets that elevate storytelling and reinforce Pandora’s brand identity.


Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Brand, Campaigns, Advocacy Marketing, and our production studio to deliver inspiring, high-quality content and manage on-set creative direction.


Inspire & Mentor: Guide a team of social-first designers, art directors, and copywriters, fostering collaboration and innovative ideas across owned channels.


Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor fashion, art, beauty, and cultural trends, translating insights into fresh, relevant content that resonates globally.
Innovate for Impact: Explore new platforms, formats, and creative technologies to keep Pandora at the forefront of social and editorial storytelling.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Photography, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 10+ years leading social and editorial creative direction, ideally within global fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • An ability to inspire and mentor creative teams in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Strong body of work showcasing innovative social and editorial executions (please include your portfolio with your application).
  • Expertise in crafting engaging, on-brand social and editorial stories; experience directing shoots and collaborating with creators.
  • Deep understanding of platform best practices, performance metrics, and brand KPIs.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and Figma; familiarity with collaboration tools and Gen AI technologies.
  • Strong cultural awareness and trend-spotting ability in jewelry, fashion, and beauty; proven track record of creating category-leading social content.
