We’ve got the jewellery, you’ve got the words. Whether you call yourself a wordsmith, professional word-nerd or an eagle-eyed editor – we might just have the position for you.

We’re looking for someone with exceptional storytelling powers for our internal creative agency at Pandora. We’re a multidisciplinary bunch of creatives driven by the shared goal of elevating our brand and taking it to the next level. So, if you’re up for the challenge of translating ambitious brand strategy into cracking creative concepts and on-point copy, read on!

About the role

As a copywriter, you’ll be a part of an established team that develops concepts and crafts stories across all consumer touch points including social media, email and web. This means we’re looking for someone highly collaborative, innovative, versatile with tangible experience in the jewellery/fashion/beauty/design space. The ideal candidate has a finger on the pulse when it comes to fresh copy that taps into the zeitgeist and can create thumb-stopping narratives to surprise and delight.

We’re a small and mighty team of copywriters who wear many hats (so to speak), which means our copy magic reaches colleagues and consumers far and wide. We’re responsible for a whole smorgasbord of copy tasks and proudly consider ourselves the guardians of how our brand shows up with words. Your tasks could include shaping a concept for a new collab partner drop (hello Disney, hello Netflix!), creating a tone of voice for seasonal campaigns, fine-tuning TikTok captions or editing our Product Magazine.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Copy Creative Manager, the Creative Copywriter will:

  • Collaborate with channel leads to develop storylines that align with our vision and resonate with our key audiences.
  • Work side-by-side with art directors, graphic designers and other copywriters to develop effective cross-channel communication.
  • Continuously review metrics to analyse copy effectiveness and apply data to copy strategy to maximise performance.
  • Understand the nuances of our customer segments/channels and adjust the content or story as needed to maximise relevancy.
  • Remain current on relevant trends and cultural influences, particularly in the area of fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in English, Journalism, Communication or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of copywriting and creative communications experience from an agency or an in-house team.
  • Native English speaker with proven creative writing and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate business KPIs and brand requirements into copy across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively present and articulate ideas to stakeholders across different seniority levels.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise, while focusing on quality.
  • Good understanding of digital media best practices and deep knowledge of social media.
  • Experience working for global brands is a plus.
  • Some experience using AI to drive efficiency and improve processes.
  • Strong grasp of culture and eye for trends in the jewellery/fashion/beauty industry.
