The position is a maternity cover, and will run from March 1st 2023 until March 1st, 2024. 



Job Description

We need your project management and creative skills to support the creation of our moving and still content. Our Creative Content team produces 7-10 Theme Movies and Product Magazines per year, for both internal and external use, reaching more than 10.000people internally in PANDORA. Our Coordinator will help with both collecting and creating content for our assets, and facilitating stakeholder management.


Your areas of responsibilities:  

As a Creative Coordinator you will be responsible for creating product names and descriptions. You will work with peers on creating disclosure guidelines and care instructions, and you will also be responsible for a quarterly update of our Jewelry Guide. You’ll be working closely together with product designers and graphic teams to ensure we capture the storytelling and details of the products and collections in both product names, technical details and material descriptions.


Furthermore, you will be proofreading materials and ensure internal information sites are updated with new materials. At Pandora things move fast, and your tasks will be varied, therefore versatility and a can-do attitude is key.


The role:

  • Responsible for creating and updating product names & descriptions
  • Facilitate a quarterly update of our internal educational Jewelry Guide
  • Project manage ad hoc creative content project  (i.e. film productions for launch events)
  • Facilitate and assist the innovation team in creating renders for consumer testing
  • Create and update product disclosure guideline & care instructions
  • Proofreading sales description and product presentation
  • Optimize our creative content planning tools
  • Maintenance of links and update our intranet site
  • Securing & acquire content from other internal stakeholders
  • Support the Creative Content Manager with both planning task and ad hoc projects

  • Great communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across teams, nationalities, and cultures

  • Ability to coordinate and liaise between a wide variety of stakeholders internally across Pandora, to clear roadblocks


What is needed to succeed:

  • At least +3 years of experience from a marketing related role
  • Post graduate diploma in marketing or communication
  • Masters the English language
  • Able to work in an agile and highly creative environment with a high pace and energetic mood 
  • Interest and flair for visual content creation, moving and still.
  • Detail oriented and structured
