Job description and areas of responsibility
To engage our global community of 37,000 employees and our many external partners and stakeholders, we are looking for a Corporate Branding Manager with strategic vision and solid hands-on experience in branding and/or corporate communications.
As our Corporate Branding Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Pandora’s corporate brand among employees, the business community and in the recruitment market via external and internal branding activities globally.
Your work will focus on building and amplifying our corporate narrative through high-impact branding initiatives. As part of this, you will lead the production of our integrated Annual Report in close collaboration with colleagues across the business. Pandora won the Information Award 2024 for excellence in investor communications, and you will contribute to deliver a compelling report and further lift our corporate reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of the corporate branding strategy, including the development and activation of Pandora’s strategic narrative.
- Project managing Pandora’s integrated Annual Report in close collaboration with colleagues in Global Finance and Global Sustainability.
- Help drive employer branding efforts, bringing our employer brand to life across internal and external channels.
- Managing digital content campaigns across channels to elevate our corporate brand and engage diverse audiences.
Your new team
You will join Pandora’s Corporate Branding team, part of our Global Communication & Sustainability function, based at our headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark - an international hub of passionate and performance-driven experts. You will report to the Director of Corporate Branding and collaborate closely with key global functions in Pandora, including Finance, Marketing and HR.

We believe that professionals with the following experience and skillsets are well-suited for this position:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within Communications, Branding, Marketing or International Business
- Minimum five years of experience working with preferably a listed company and/or a leading global consumer brand
- Hands-on experience with creative concepts and productions, including project management
- Experience in working with an annual reporting cycle, digital formats and channels, including video
- An innovative approach to communications, corporate branding, strategic storytelling and channel activation
- Excellent writing and message crafting capacity
- An international big picture orientation
- A hands-on, can-do attitude combined with an ability to work strategically
- A creative eye to the visual side coupled with the ability to link to strategic business priorities
