Be the next Contract and Vendor Manager at Pandora!

 

As our new Contract and Vendor Manager, you will be part of the Platform and Partnership management team, a sub-department to Planning and Delivery within Digital and Technology Office. You will be responsible for managing our DTO  vendors (Services vendors) and , driving the strategic direction of  Vendor Management. You will interact closely with the Digital and Technology office stakeholders, Legal, Procurement  and our key suppliers to ensure excellent service in combination with alignment to the Digital and Technology Strategy.

 

You will be the key person in ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies as well as ensuring that suppliers live up to agreed KPIs, SLAs and compliance.

 

Further to the tasks above, you will:

 

  • Work alongside and manage our strategic partners
  • Interaction and coordination with Legal, Procurement and the Digital & Technology teams whenever relevant
  • Uncovering potential risks in order to reach optimal and robust contracts
  • Cost reduction opportunities visualization and realization
  • Be responsible for planning, monitoring, and building Services/Outsourcing strategies
  • Provide support and guidance as subject matter expert, to inform and influence the business towards best practice and cost-effective
  • Work with Procurement for optimising procurement and price setting
  • Collect data from relevant parties to monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

In your new role you will report to the Director of Platform and Partnership Management.

 

What is needed to succeed:

 

We imagine that you bring with you a relevant university degree within Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar. You have a strong track record of professional achievements, and have experience in general contract and vendor management disciplines.

 

Further to the above, you have:

 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with Vendor, Contract management including negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills, with experience collaborating in a global company and presenting to management stakeholders
