Consumer Insights Specialist

We are looking for a true consumer insights enthusiast to join our team in Copenhagen.  You will be an essential part of the Global Consumer Insights Team that is the voice of the consumers within the organization ensuring that we keep the consumers at heart in whatever we do. We strive for business impact by blending strategy, research and analytical methodologies to shape the future direction of our brand and products.  We take complex business problems, build business recommendations and translate insights into next step actions.



Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Impact the consumer agenda by identifying key business topics from a consumer point of view
  • Develop strong insightful presentations based on in depth analysis of our data in our comprehensive brand tracker setup
  • Lead ad-hoc projects on key strategic deep dives for projects like brand positioning, segmentation, pricing strategy to collection strategy
  • Working with stakeholders from across the organization to support them on specific insights requests, e.g. analysis specific for a market or a global function like our Sustainability team
  • Deep understanding of our Brand Tracker set-up, as majority of the projects will be based on our survey based global brand tracker data (runs daily in 15 markets and cover a broad range of topics and respondents). Using other sources and setting up new quantitative market research will also sometime be relevant and a part of your responsibility
  • Work with different data sources when relevant, e.g. survey data, sales data, google search, social listening data


You are a team player with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in turning consumer data into business recommendations.
More specifically, we are looking for the following qualifications and experiences:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role from a research company and/or a similar role from a FMCG/Retail/Consumer company within an international setting
  • Excellent quantitative analytical capabilities: Super user of Excel and qualified experience with crosstab software tools are required and experience with SPSS is considered a plus required
  • A broad knowledge of quantitative analysis methods and statistical analysis
  • Comfortable working with larger survey set-up and large survey dataset. Experience with brand tracker is considered a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong business acumen
  • Ability to plan, scope and lead (smaller) research projects and experience with managing research agencies and data panel providers is a plus
  • Strong written, visual and verbal communication & presentation skills, , i.e. able to deliver structured and simple messages in presentations.
  • Passionate, curious team player with a can-do attitude, thriving in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
