The Global Consumer Insights Team is the voice of the consumers within the organization ensuring that we keep the consumers at heart in whatever we do. We strive for business impact by blending strategy, research and analytical methodologies to shape the future direction of our brand and products.  We take complex business problems, build business recommendations and translate insights into next step actions.

 

We are looking for a true consumer insights enthusiast for a newly established role in our team in Copenhagen. Do you want to contribute to identifying and shaping the future of the world’s largest jewelry company through deep human behavioral insights?

 

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Establish the area of deep consumer insights in Pandora by proactively driving relevant topics on an ongoing basis to nurture innovation and communication
  • Identify and drive strategic & tactical insight projects from early scoping to final presentation. Potential themes of projects range from the future of gifting, male jewelry and generational deep dives to markers of adulthood
  • Identify patterns in needs, behavior and aspirations among consumers based on research e.g. ranging from ethnography, interviews to desk research. Not just what they think of our product and brand, but understanding what makes their lives meaningful
  • Develop deep insights and compelling narratives with clear & actionable recommendations on business opportunities fit for the future to impact innovation and strategy
  • Manage and develop relationships with external research vendors
  • Keep abreast of relevant trends and new market research techniques, databases etc.
  • Understand senior stakeholders’ business priorities as well as decision making needs and collaborate cross functionally to put consumers at the center of business decision-making

 

We are looking for a unique and talented colleague, who brings along the following:

  • University degree (MSc in Anthropology, Sociology, Ethnography, Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Sciences or similar field is considered a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role at client or agency side within an international setting
  • Strong experiences working with various research methodologies and sources, incl. ethnography, interviews, academia, trend reports and databases
  • Excellent in identifying patterns and writing compelling narratives built on solid argumentation
  • Excellent observational, analytical and problem-solving skills and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional written, visual and verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Passionate, curious colleague with a can-do attitude
  • Has an entrepreneurial drive and a track record of independently driving complex projects
  • Must thrive in a fast paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken), presentation, and communication skills
