Play an active role in driving consumer centricity at Pandora
The Global Consumer Insights team is run out of our headquarters in Copenhagen and is part of the Global Business Unit which sits within Pandora Global Marketing. The team is the voice of the consumers within the organization ensuring that we keep them at the heart of everything we do. It is a team with an ambitious agenda that plays a key role in the company’s growth strategy, all rooted in deep consumer understanding.

As a Consumer Insights Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to and accelerate the growth of the entire business. Reporting to the Consumer Insights Manager, you will support building the future of Pandora’s upcoming initiatives in a consumer-centric way and ensure we continue our successful growth journey. 

Key responsibilities:
•    Drive qualitative and ethnographic research projects independently or with the team to identify actionable insights that can impact various business functions (e.g., Global Business Unit, Comms, Retail, Brand Strategy, Design). This can include understanding specific purchase occasions, evaluating different campaign routes, early assessments of new product ideas or identifying our customers’ decision trees.
•    Independently manage (and assist the team in managing) all phases of the market research process for projects with a qualitative focus. This includes needs identification, project scoping and design, execution, analysis, and presentation of results.
•    Collaborate with commercial, innovation, design, and brand communication teams to incorporate insights into product and go-to-market concepts. Understand stakeholders’ business priorities and decision-making needs.
•    Support the framing of strategic and tactical insight topics.
•    Manage Pandora’s ongoing online consumer community, including identifying relevant topics, reporting, and analysis to drive consumer centricity in an agile way.
•    Support the social listening agenda, including identifying relevant topics, analyzing behavioral data, and reporting.
•    Develop relationships with external research vendors and moderators, interacting with them as needed.
•    Stay current with new market research techniques and implement innovative solutions.


Professional competencies:
We are looking for a talented individual with experience in qualitative research, a flair for numbers, and strong business acumen. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in consumer insights and a genuine passion for understanding people. They should thrive in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment.

More specifically, you come with:
•    Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in similar roles, either at the client side and/or agency side.
•    Excellent knowledge and experience in scoping and executing a variety of qualitative methodologies, such as ethnography, consumer communities, social listening, IDIs, and focus groups.
•    Proven track record of utilizing various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and sources to create impactful insights with clarity.
•    Excellent proficiency in identifying patterns and crafting compelling narratives grounded in solid argumentation based on qualitative and quantitative data.
•    Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously from scoping to planning, execution, and reporting.
•    Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with strong presentation and communication skills. Able to create clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations, internal briefs, and reports.
•    Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
•    International experience preferred.
•    University degree (BSc or MSc in Anthropology, Ethnography, Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, or a related field is considered advantageous)

Additional information
The role is in Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. 
Travelling is highly dependent on the specific project, but 5-10 days of travel per year might be expected.
