Job Description:

As Comms Planning specialist you would be part of a three person team to ensure efficient campaign ecosystems and media planning alignment on campaigns with the broader marketing team and markets.


The role demands a team player with a collaborative and openminded mindset as the role would together with the team lead to orchestrate the structure for paid medias input to the overall planning process, delivering new requirements together with other marketing departments to build and constantly evolve the comms planning process globally and ensuring traction in the market. A essential part of the job will be to work with learnings from the past to evolve the future. The job will contain creating, maintaining and not least improving of Comms Planning through conversation-centric insight planning.   


Areas of responsibilities:

  • The role contain building campaign ecosytems within media and the orchestration of these campaigns.
  • You will be an essential part of the future of Comms Planning within Pandora creating processes, workflows and aligning deliveries.
  • You will be the key point of contact on Media’s Comms Planning internally Pandora and externally towards agency partners, in order create and deliver a comms planning workflow system providing Paid Media’s contribution to Pandora comms planning
  • Continue to innovate with best in class comms planning insight and application for future product and process development roadmap
  • Together with the team lead control the management of agency delivery of new comms planning scope
  • Play a key role in internal stakeholder management ensuring Paid Media plays and significant and valued role in the new comms planning process
  • Work together with the reporting team setting up a measurement and reporting framework for Paid Media within wider comms planning process including establishing the brief and application of any newly required data or technology to support
  • Integrate digital platform performance data with Campaign based planning to ensure a more integrated approach to Paid, Owned and Earned planning


What is needed to succeed:

  • 3+ years of agency planning/strategy function
  • Experience as a strategist or comms planner
  • Preferable experience from a media agency or communication consultancy
  • Have experience in building campaign ecosystem
  • A structural personality that can drive processes from A-Z.
  • It’s a prerequisite that you have at least a Bachelor Degree.
  • You speak and write English fluently and have an international mindset

Additional information:

This role is based in the PANDORA Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 20 days a year.
