As part of our Employee Communications & Engagement team, we are looking for a seasoned Communications Manager to take a strategic role in enhancing leadership visibility, driving employee advocacy, and developing our internal communication channels. Job description and areas of responsibility
In this role, you will be a trusted communications partner to senior leaders across the business, helping them drive strategic themes in our global communications channels to build engagement and alignment in support of our growth strategy. You will own and develop Pandora Engage, our most important internal communications channel, and oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with employees across the globe.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and driving a global internal communications strategy that supports business growth and enhances employee engagement.
  • Owning and managing Pandora Engage, ensuring effective messaging and high adoption rates.
  • Advising senior leaders on how to communicate and create dialogue.
  • Crafting compelling internal campaigns, including videos, articles, and leadership messaging across platforms.
  • Analyzing data and feedback to refine internal communications strategies and content.
  • Managing budgets for internal campaigns and content development.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient communication, verifying proof points with key stakeholders such as Sustainability, Investor Relations, and leadership teams.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality, handling sensitive matters with professionalism.

 


Your new team
You will join Pandora’s Global Communication & Sustainability function, based at our headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark - an international hub of passionate and performance-driven experts. You will report to the Director, Employee Communications & Engagement.

 


Something about you
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive and results-driven, and has a strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills. 

We believe that professionals with the following experience and skillsets are well-suited for this position:

  • 6+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic messaging, or corporate communications.
  • A Master’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and holistically, and execute at the same time
  • Strong track record in creating engaging content and effectively delivering that content across a variety of channels
  • Strong business acumen 
  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders and drive engagement through effective messaging.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing internal communications platforms such as Canva, Poppulo, and data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English.
