Change Manager - Drive the people side of change within Pandora's Digital & Tech

We are well on our way to deliver a successful implementation of our next generation ERP, and looking for a colleague to take lead on the change plan for Digital & Tech to ensure strong adoption and ownership.

 

About the team:

Our new colleague will join a global, ambitious and fun community of Change Managers, who all bring different backgrounds and skills to Pandora. We are looking forward to onboard our new colleague to add even more best practices and competencies to our change and transformation activities.

We are organised in a matrix model, and our new colleague will be part of Pandora’s ERP Change Management team as well as the Change & Transformation team within Digital & Tech.

Both teams are specialised in driving the people side of digital and tech changes to maximize change adoption, ultimately resulting in the realization of Pandora’s objectives and our business goals.

While driving Change Management within different projects and product teams, we work closely together to ensure that we deliver on time and quality.

 

In your role as a Change Manager:

The purpose of this new role is to ensure that the ownership of our next generation ERP, SAP S/4 HANA, gets thoroughly anchored within our Digital & Tech (D&T) function. Drawing on experience and best practices, our new Change Manager will identify changes in processes, skills, roles and practices to create and execute on a strong change plan that ultimately results in the realisation of a simpler Pandora.

 

This role will be interacting with multiple (senior) stakeholders within D&T. Further, this role will interact closely with the Global ERP Change Management team and the D&T Change & Transformation team.

 

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:  

  • Identify ERP Implementation change activities to enable new ways of working in D&T
  • Identify stakeholders impacted by the transition to SAP S/4HANA and drive a right-sized stakeholder engagement plan
  • Conduct change impact assessments
  • Proactively engage, inform and influence key stakeholders and prepare them for the change
  • Own, deliver and execute on a change plan for D&T to ensure achievement of business benefits after delivery
  • Provide input and support to ERP HR Business Partner in enabling the right training and professional development for D&T employees.

 

 

What is needed to succeed:  

  • 5-8 years of solid Change Management experience within a tech organization
  • Proven experience with change management from ERP Implementation programme, preferably SAP 4/HANA
  • In depth understanding of how people go through business change and the change process, from initiating the change to full adaptation
  • Professional change management accreditation
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience in working in international environments
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
  • Proven track record from similar organizations or positions
  • Excellent skills in Power Point and Excel
