As we embark on a global transformation journey with SAP S/4HANA, we’re seeking a skilled Change Manager to drive the adoption of this cutting-edge ERP system and ensure our teams are fully prepared for the future of Pandora.
The SAP S/4HANA implementation represents a significant evolution in how Pandora operates globally. The Change Manager will lead efforts to align people and processes, fostering adoption of this transformative technology while minimising disruption. This role combines strategy, communication, and leadership to embed meaningful change across Pandora’s global organisation.
You’ll be a critical part of the program team, ensuring our people are equipped to embrace this transition, and helping Pandora unlock new efficiencies, insights, and opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Change Leadership: Develop and execute a change management plan to support the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and external partners to understand change impacts and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Communication Excellence: Design and deliver targeted communication plans that foster transparency, understanding, and engagement across all levels of the organisation.
- Training and Support: Partner with training team to build robust learning programs, equipping employees to confidently adopt new processes and tools.
- Impact and Readiness Assessment: Conduct change impact assessments, evaluate organizational readiness, and develop interventions to address risks and resistance.
- Measurement and Feedback: Define success metrics for change adoption and regularly report progress, collecting feedback to refine the approach as needed.
- Sustainability: Build frameworks and tools to ensure that changes are sustained long-term, embedding SAP S/4HANA as a core enabler of Pandora’s operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in change management, ideally within large-scale ERP transformations or global implementations (SAP experience strongly preferred but not mandatory).
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related fields. Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) is a plus.
- A global mindset with demonstrated ability to work across diverse teams, cultures, and geographies, fostering collaboration and engagement.
- Outstanding facilitation and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.

Strong analytical mindset and experience tracking change metrics.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems and their impact on business operations is highly desirable.
