CX & Personalisation Scaling & Roll-out Specialist

By combining data, tech and creative, our task force ongoingly optimizes the touch points in the customer journey to elevate the seamless cross channel customer experience. We are looking for a Scaling- & roll-out specialist to help roll out the successful initiatives globally.
Your role
You will report to the CX & Personalisation Project Manager and work closely with the rest of the Personalisation team to jointly help deliver on our vision.
In collaboration with the team, you will help identify the priority of initiatives to be rolled out and plan the scaling accordingly with attention to hard metrics such as impact, confidence, ease, as well as the positive effect on CX. The actual roll-out, led by you, will include a large stakeholder map on a global scale including local markets, global colleagues, technical partners, creative partners, and external agencies or consultants.

Key responsibilities and skills
- Identify, plan, structure and deliver all scaling initiatives for Pandora’s CX & Personalisation team.
- Deliver scaling and roll-out documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Facilitate efficient and organised scaling and roll-out processes with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery to meet annual targets.
- Set up governance model around deliveries during implementation as well as after roll-out to ensure adoption of scaled initiatives.
- Ensure close and fruitful collaborations with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
- Handover finally roll-out initiatives to go-to-market channel teams for ongoing activation.
The project scope will not be static but evolve with time and the right candidate will equally have an agile attitude and embrace change.
Requirements
We are searching for a team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, the right candidate can either demonstrate the following or it would be an advantage:
- 3+ years of marketing experience including knowledge around data, tech and marketing automation is a must.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to keep oversight and proactively drive a multiple project environment and cross functional stakeholders in tandem.
- English fluency is a must and experience from an international position is regarded a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, project management tools like Asana / Jira
- 3+ years of experience in a global marketing role or commercial digital projects from an advertising agency, media agency, media vendor or an internal in-house B2C agency/marketing department, or equivalent is regarded a plus.
- Good understanding of all digital B2C marketing channels as well as sales channels including retail and eComm.
