We are looking for a CX & Personalisation Project Manager to help roll out the successful initiatives globally. 


Your role 
You will report to the Global Director of CX & Personalisation and work closely with the rest of the Personalisation team to jointly deliver on our overall vision.

As a CX & Personalisation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the customer experience and personalisation projects in collaboration with a variety of cross functional stakeholders. The CX Personalisation Project Manager embraces a large area including the strategic direction, project planning, execution and operational fit for delivery and scalability. The right candidate is able to implement transformations in a large, global organisation collaboratively with local markets, global colleagues, technical partners, creative partners, and external agencies or consultants. All whilst feeling at ease disrupting the as-is with the aim to ongoingly optimize. 


Key responsibilities

  • Drive, structure and execute key marketing projects for Pandora’s CX & Personalisation team. 
  • Facilitate efficient processes despite complexity with digestible documentation to ensure timely delivery and target commitments.
  • Set up governance model around deliveries to keep traction, progress, and to ensure blockers are identified and resolved efficiently.
  • Ensure close and fruitful collaborations with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
  • Act as key contributor and role model in developing project management skill set in global marketing, and develop better project portfolio management.


As a CX & Personalisation Manager you will be largely engaged in securing the success of key projects for Pandora which will take up much of your time. The project scope will not be static but evolve over time and the right candidate will equally have an agile attitude to embrace change. 


We are searching for a team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, the right candidate can either demonstrate the following or it would be an advantage:

  • Marketing experience with specific knowledge around how to work with data, technical projects, and marketing automation beyond CRM
  • A master’s degree within Marketing, Business Administration, Information Science, Digital Business Administration.  
  • +5 years of experience working with Marketing or Commercial digital projects in either consultancy, agency, or in-house functions.
  • Experience working in a global company and with local and global stakeholders. 
  • Experience with agile project management methods such as SCRUM, KANBAN, Prince2. 
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills 
  • Experience from digital agencies or HQ-based roles is an advantage.
