At Pandora, we view marketing as a key growth pillar that we continuously strive to improve. This is why ‘Personalisation’ is central to our corporate strategy.

We are looking for a CRM Specialist who can help us enhance customer experiences by driving personalisation use cases, maximizing their potential through email and SMS. You will work in a state-of-the-art technical setup on the industry-leading Bloomreach platform, where creative possibilities often exceed technical limitations.

Your Role
You will report to the Personalisation Manager for Web and CRM and collaborate closely with the rest of the Personalisation team, spanning both Marketing and Tech sides, to achieve our overall vision of providing a more relevant and customised omni-channel shopping experience. You will work with the Global and Local CRM teams to build, test, and learn from various use cases.

The ideal candidate can implement use cases in a large, global organization by working collaboratively with local markets, global colleagues, and technical partners. You should also be comfortable challenging the status quo and continuously optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, build, and execute personalisation use cases through CRM for our CX & Personalisation team in close collaboration with Global and Local stakeholders.
  • Set up and manage email & SMS use cases in Bloomreach.
  • Ensure appropriate testing across use cases to thoroughly understand performance in terms of incremental revenue and customer experience value.
  • Facilitate transparent and efficient processes despite complexity, with digestible documentation to ensure timely delivery and target commitments.

About You:
We are looking for someone who thrives in challenging the as-is, and who has the drive to continuously focus on optimization opportunities. The right candidate can make decisions based on marketing theory while also capable of bringing out of the box ideas to deliver on use cases that move the needle.  You value teamwork, understand cross-functional collaboration, and have a “can-do” and problem-solving attitude.

What is Needed to Succeed:
To succeed as a CRM Specialist, you likely have an educational background in Marketing, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Additionally, we imagine you have and can demonstrate:

  • Experience in measuring email marketing efforts, with knowledge of tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Experience in cross-organizational work with multiple stakeholders.
  • A structured approach to work, with the ability to take full ownership of your responsibilities and prioritize your time effectively.
