We’re seeking an expert to join the Global CRM & Loyalty team at Pandora, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving world-class customer engagement for the world’s largest jewellery brand.

 

Job Description

As the CRM Automation & Lifecycle Specialist, you will be integral in crafting sophisticated, highly personalized automated email flows that elevate customer experiences on a global scale. With hands-on expertise in email marketing automation, you will optimize and refine our setup, ensuring that every journey is precisely tailored to meet the needs of our customers. This is a hands-on role where your technical acumen and strategic insights will drive the success of our email programs and enhance our loyalty initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize customer lifecycle and trigger-based email flows within our Bloomreach platform, ensuring they deliver relevant, personalized experiences on a global scale.
  • Work closely with markets around the world to provide expert guidance on the effective use of the Bloomreach platform, ensuring best practices are adhered to.
  • Assess and prioritize incoming requests from global teams and markets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and optimal resource allocation
  • Plan and execute A/B testing strategies for automated email journeys to drive continuous performance improvements and enhance customer engagement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email delivery, formatting, and platform functionality to ensure flawless execution.
  • Take co-ownership of the Bloomreach platform, overseeing data mapping, backlog management, product feeds, web tracking, and maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, leading the development and implementation of large-scale email automation initiatives.

 

 

About You:
You are a highly skilled, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and email automation. Your hands-on experience in building and optimizing complex email workflows is your strong suit, and you are proficient at integrating technology with marketing strategies to deliver impactful results. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are confident in managing multiple stakeholders to drive projects forward.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in email marketing automation, with a portfolio demonstrating the successful execution of advanced email flows.
  • Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign.
  • Extensive experience in building and managing advanced, personalized email journeys and workflows that drive customer engagement.
  • Expertise in email marketing analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in basic coding (Jinja/HTML) for dynamic content and personalization, and familiar with leveraging AI tools for enhanced technical setup.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different teams and regions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in the retail, fashion, or FMCG industries within a global organization is a plus but not a requirement.
