Business Development Specialist, Global Partner Channels
The Global Partner Channels team is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen as part of Global Commercial Operations. The team is responsible for providing global leadership and driving an ambitious agenda across our partner businesses, which include distributors, franchisees, and multibrand partners.
As part of our growth efforts, we are continually exploring new business opportunities across our wholesale distribution. This includes our gift card business, where we have seen early commercial success through distribution with third-party retailers such as Tesco, Amazon, and Sainsbury’s. We are now aiming to expand this aggressively into other markets globally. Additionally, we support our markets in identifying high-potential new partners and exploring other wholesale distribution opportunities.
As a Business Development Specialist, your role will involve working closely with the Global Partner Channels team to identify and execute new wholesale business opportunities. Together with the team, you will contribute to developing actionable recommendations based on robust business cases and strategic analyses aiming to develop new streams of profitable growth within the global partners business. This will require close collaboration with other Global Office functions, such as Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance, as well as our global markets.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collaborate with Global functions and markets to identify, structure, and execute new wholesale business development opportunities – including creating and maintaining a strong pitch deck for future Pandora partners.

Develop robust business cases and actionable presentation materials on key opportunities to communicate recommendations to senior leadership across the business.

Facilitate close collaboration between headquarters and markets incl. supporting markets on selective high-impact business development opportunities.

Supporting contract negotiations and supplier relationship management with key global vendors, including third-party distributors for gift cards, in close collaboration with Procurement and other internal stakeholders.

Continuously identify new opportunities by delivering insights into competitor activities and potential industry developments through regular research, networking within Pandora, and attending global conferences and events.

Oversee reporting and analysis of commercial performance against targets, delivering insights and driving performance management on new business initiatives.
- Strong talent with solid business acumen coupled with a strong consulting toolbox.
We are looking for a strong talent with an excellent academic track record, a strong consulting toolbox and a genuine passion for driving consumer-centric business development. Specifically, you come with:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in commercial, finance or consulting roles, ideally within a fast-paced, global organization and previous exposure to retail business

Strong analytical foundation based on quantitative and qualitative skills, incl. confidence working with data analytics and delivering impactful recommendations and insights

Good business acumen with ability to identify and think creatively about commercial opportunities – rooted in a deep consumer centricity

Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills with a focus on delivering outcomes in close collaboration with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Good analytical and communication toolbox including high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
