We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Digital Partners to lead and execute initiatives that enhance our digital partner strategy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in global and cluster teams to develop new business opportunities, optimize partner performance, and ensure seamless integration between Pandora’s systems and external platforms.
Drive Growth, Build Partnerships, and Optimize Performance
As part of our Global Digital & E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for identifying new digital growth opportunities, negotiating strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence. Your insights and leadership will contribute directly to our global e-commerce success, supporting Pandora’s commitment to delivering a premium online experience.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to expand Pandora’s digital footprint in marketplaces, multi-brand and distributor led online presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, drive negotiations and ensuring brand, revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets are met.

Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze consumer behaviors, and track competitor activities to inform strategy.

Work with technical and specialist teams to optimize partner onboarding, pricing, assortment planning, and marketing efforts.

Act as a key liaison between internal teams, ensuring alignment across global and regional strategies.

Track key metrics and provide strategic insights through detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital commerce, analytics, and partner management. You are highly structured, proactive, and excel at working in a cross-functional environment.
Key Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in business development, digital partnerships, or e-commerce, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle industries.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing senior-level relationships.

Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools.

Ability to work across multiple stakeholders in global markets, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

A results-driven mindset with a strong commercial focus.
