Digital Technology Business Continuity & Crisis Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Technology Business Continuity & Crisis Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive Digital & Technology business continuity and crisis management plans to ensure the resilience of our digital systems and operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, risk management, and crisis response.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Continuity Planning

Support the Digital and Technology department in developing a business continuity strategy that ensures that key business processes can continue or recover quickly in the event of a crisis.

Coordinate risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to key systems and data.

- Crisis Management & Disaster Recovery
- Establish and lead a cross-functions crisis management team within Digital and Technology.

Support the development of crisis response and disaster recovery plans to minimize the impact of disruption on digital operations.
- Incident Response
- Working closely with the Security Operations Team oversee the development and maintenance of local plans aligned with the central Incident response process.
- Training & Awareness
- Conduct training sessions and drills to ensure that employees are prepared to respond effectively to crises and disruptions.
- Foster a culture of awareness and vigilance regarding business continuity and crisis management throughout the Digital and Technology organization.
- Policy Development
- Develop and update Digital & Technology business continuity and crisis management policies and procedures in alignment with industry good practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with Digital & Technology leaders, Global Compliance Business Continuity and external partners to ensure alignment of business continuity and crisis management efforts with organizational goals.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels to facilitate quick and accurate information exchange during incidents.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, CISM, CRISC, ISO22301) is a plus.

Proven experience in developing and implementing IT business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management plans.

Strong understanding of Digital & IT infrastructure, risk management, and security best practices.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions during high-pressure situations.

Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to business continuity and crisis management.
