Business Analyst

Pandora is embarking on an ambitions path to deliver on our Digital strategy and build an agile end-to-end supply chain. We are embracing a scaled Agile setup structured around product teams with clear focus on outcomes. You will play a key part in driving initiatives within merchandising and supply chain planning solutions.


Your areas of responsibility

As a business analyst in supply chain technology, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes by capturing, analysing and documenting requirements for process and system developments; reviewing and providing input into solutions and then coordinating and supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties. With our strong focus on quality, we also expect that you will play a role in creating and executing test cases, validating with our end users and communicating issues back to the technical teams, so that we ensure that our solutions are scalable, simple and drive operational excellence.

• Configure planning applications to match needs of the user community

• Involve the Super User community to understand their needs and collect information regarding the future developments

• Gather business requirements and translate to technical demands

• Work with teams across the organization to ensure processes and data are in place to support initiatives.

• Track releases and support with testing and validation


What is needed to succeed

• 3-5 years business systems analysis experience for large projects or programs of work, and/or related Merchandising/Supply chain business experience

• Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry

• Bachelor's degree (ideally in a traditional field like the sciences, engineering, technology or economics). Master's degree is a plus

• Solid understanding of Merchandising and supply chain planning, preferably in an international environment

• Experience in the development of documentation of business process, requirements and business cases in non-technical language, clearly articulating benefits.
