What if your analytical thinking could shape decisions that impact millions of customers worldwide? What if your work didn’t just answer questions — but helped the business ask smarter ones? At Pandora, data is becoming one of our most powerful creative tools, and we’re building a Measurement & Experimentation team that turns insight into action at scale.

If you’re excited by the idea of transforming ambiguity into clarity, designing experiments that unlock growth, and partnering with teams across the business to elevate how we measure success, this role puts you right where the action is. You’ll join a team that’s redefining how Pandora makes decisions — with curiosity, precision, and a bold appetite for experimentation.

Aa Business Analyst in the MEx (Measurement & Experimentation) team, you’ll be the connector between business ambition and analytical execution. You’ll design measurement frameworks, shape experimentation strategies, and translate complex needs into clear, actionable solutions. Your work will directly influence product development, marketing effectiveness, and strategic decisionmaking across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with product managers, data scientists, engineers, commercial teams, and business leaders across Pandora — ensuring that measurement frameworks, experimentation insights, and analytical solutions are aligned, actionable, and influential.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and document business requirements, translating them into experimentation and measurement specifications.

  • Drive productteam deliverables by partnering closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable, techaligned execution plans.

  • Maintain and evolve the measurement roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business value.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and help define new product features that support business needs.

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of insights and solutions.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all outputs.

To succeed in this role, we hope to see that you have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or another quantitative field — or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience designing and analysing A/B tests and incrementality measurement.

  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable analytics and communicate insights to diverse audiences.

  • Experience working across business, data, and engineering teams.

  • Experience with marketing attribution is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities and proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.

  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.

  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to problemsolving.

Furthermore, we hope to see that you are

  • Excellent in stakeholder management and has strong communication skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational demands.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in crossfunctional environments.
