About the team
Pandora’s Supply Chain Technology department is looking for a Business Analyst to support the ‘Integrated Planning’ product line – it is a suite of products supporting key capabilities within Merchandising, Supply Chain & Manufacturing Planning. As our new colleague you will be part of our Agile ways-of-working and will be working across our value streams, with a strong focus on Order Capture (wholesale/retail) & Replenishment.
In this role, you will be an expert in and understand the key drivers and complexities of driving technology innovation and capability building in an extremely competitive market, with particular focus on ongoing initiatives at Pandora around ERP modernization & bringing in a new E2E Integrated Planning solution.
As a Business Analyst within Integrated Planning, you will be responsible for understanding as-is business processes within the realm of Merchandising Planning, as well as help envision the future as Integrated Planning embarks on its digital transformation journey. Reviewing and providing input into solutions and then coordinating and supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties would be a key part of your job. With our strong focus on quality, we also expect that you will play a role in creating and executing test cases, validating with our end users and communicating issues back to your product teams so that we ensure that our solutions are scalable, simple and drive operational excellence.
As mentioned earlier, the role is centered around Merchandising Planning, and hence you would be working closely with Pandora’s Global Merchandising & Supply Chain business team. You will be a member of one of the product teams within Integrated Planning product line, which is focused on optimizing product availability & sell-out forecast accuracy by providing capable and reactive planning solutions that can scale for complexity. Aspects of the role would be operational & commercial-focused, and would involve business user training and onboarding to our suite of existing and incoming new products.
Your role as a Business Analyst:
- Assisting the product owner with prioritization of development work within your agile team
- Process development and optimization
- Collaborate with business users (e.g Supply Planners) to understand planning requirements, and help map them back to product roadmap & backlog
- Work with teams across the organization to ensure processes and data are in place to support initiatives
- Track releases and support with testing and validation
- Configure planning applications to match needs of the user community
- Work with owners of interfacing systems to manage dependencies

- Work closely with Engineering Chapter within Supply Chain Technology, and quickly gain understanding of technology landscape within Integrated Planning
- Be a strong proponent of CICD framework
- Business value and progress towards strategic targets within your area
- Quality and security, including functional test coverage and defects, security compliance
What you need to succeed:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferred, with prior exposure to and expertise in working within merchandise planning & allocation functions (replenishment, order capture, interaction with ERP)
- Experience from retail, fashion, FMCG industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, technology or economics
- Prior experience working in an Agile setup
- Experience in the development of documentation of business process, requirements and business cases in non-technical language, clearly articulating benefits
- Experience conducting interviews and workshops for requirements gathering and validation including working with internal customers and both internal and external technical experts
- Knowledge of information systems development, testing principles, project methodologies
