Shape Global Operations with Data & Analytics at Pandora
Pandora is on a transformative journey to elevate our global operations using the power of Data & Analytics. As a Business Analyst in the Data & Analytics team, you will play a vital role in shaping how we use data to optimize our supply chain, logistics, and warehouse functions.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and technical experts to drive insights, define solutions, and ensure our data-driven products support critical business processes across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• Provide data-driven insights on business processes and innovations from both a functional and technical perspective
• Work closely with Product Managers to shape and prioritize the product backlog
• Create clear and impactful user stories with acceptance criteria and business value estimates
• Perform gap analyses to identify improvement areas or functionality needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment
• Prepare process maps, design flows, specifications, and wireframes
• Support the design and testing of data products, reports, and system integrations
• Act as a subject matter expert and early adopter of new Data & Analytics technologies
Implementation Support & Testing
• Define user acceptance test cases and support the execution process
• Deliver user training materials and post-go-live support
• Ensure data validation and reconciliation during system conversions
What You Bring to the Team
Key Qualifications
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in a Data & Analytics environment
• Strong understanding of global operations, supply chain, and logistics processes
• Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and designing analytics solutions
• Experience working in agile teams with a strong focus on iteration, feedback, and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Familiarity with tools for process mapping, wireframing, and documentation
