About the Team:

 

As part of our accelerating ambitions to become a leader in the data and analytics space, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join Finance & Sustainability product team in Pandoras Globalt Data & Analytics organization. Our team consists of both product, analytics and engineering functions working together to create value driving data products and transform data into actionable insights in an agile based organization. The team mainly works with Commercial, Sustainability and Finance data.

 

Your Role as a Business Analyst:

 

  • Bridging business and technology.
  • Defining scope and objectives based on business needs and processes.
  • Stakeholder management on daily basis.
  • Back-log management.
  • Ensuring data accuracy.
  • Evaluating stakeholder requirements in order to deliver optimized products.
  • Maintenance of existing products.
  • Working with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical challenges within the Commercial, Sustainability and Finance domain.
  • Document data processes and meeting outcomes where needed.
  • Working on other ad-hoc tasks supporting the team.

 

What is needed to succeed:

 

  • Experience working in a data engineering team and building data products
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or product owner role or similar at a large global company working across several time zones.
  • Experience working with or in a finance organization is a big plus
  • Knowledge of and passion for agile delivery methods 
  • Experience with Azure cloud platform is an advantage
  • Keen interest in understanding and optimizing processes
  • Ability to build strong relationships with your colleagues and stakeholders
