Help our Brand Strategy succeed

As a Brand Strategy Specialist at Pandora, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns that drive global growth and success. Your role will be key in aligning stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and ensuring coherence to the overarching brand strategy. Success in this role will involve agile decision-making, effective communication, and adaptability to evolving business needs.

 

Responsibilities

1. Support in Developing and Executing the Brand Strategy:

  • Assist the Brand Strategy Manager in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global Business Unit, Consumer Insights (CI), Design, Brand & Communication (BRACO), Go-To-Market (GTM), and Assortment Planning (AP) to ensure successful strategy implementation
  • Contribute to communicating the brand strategy effectively, support workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive buy-in and alignment to the brand strategy
  • Collaborate with the Brand Strategy Manager and key stakeholders to evaluate potential strategic opportunities and risks and in offering strategic guidance and insights to key stakeholders in decision-making processes

 

2. Assist in Developing Brand Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand campaigns, initiatives, and amplifications supporting the brand strategy
  • Assist in defining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for brand campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist in the campaign development process from creative brief to launch, and monitor campaign performance

 

3. Conduct Brand Market Analysis and Competitive Research:

  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights (CI) and the Marketing team to analyze market trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape relevant to the brand strategy
  • Utilize market and competitive intelligence to refine and inform brand strategy

 

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Assist in establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track the progress and impact of brand strategy and campaigns
  • Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations
  • Support in regularly communicating updates on strategy implementation and achievements

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand management, strategy, consulting, business development, or related roles, focus on brand building is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to agile decision-making and navigate through change and ambiguity effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Curious mindset and can do attitude
