Brand Specialist, Services & Adjacent Products

About the Role
As Brand Specialist of New Services and Adjacent Products (jewellery boxes, jewellery cleaning products, premium gift packaging), you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our services and adjacent products portfolio, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and elevating our brand's desirability. Reporting to the Services & Adjacent Products Brand Manager, you will support in developing services and adjacent products that not only enhance the consumer experience but also strengthen Pandora’s vision of becoming the world’s largest and most desirable jewelry brand.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and entrepreneurship, with two key focus areas the Specialist will actively contribute to:
- Shaping the Future of Services: From early-stage scoping to global scaling, you will identify white spaces, pilot new service propositions, and bring to market experiences that drive consumer value and brand differentiation.
- Evolving Our Adjacent Products Portfolio: You will elevate our existing offering - including jewellery boxes, jewellery cleaning products, and premium gift packaging - developing consumer centric propositions and products that support our consumers in their jewellery related needs.
Join us in redefining how consumers connect with Pandora beyond jewelry, working alongside the brand manager in shaping the next generation of Pandora´s personalized services and stepping up our existing adjacent products offering through building consumer centric products and experiences that deepen the emotional connection with our consumers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Services and Adjacent Products pipeline, by contributing to the management of the services and adjacent products pipeline, including prioritization and release planning for new initiatives.
- Playing a key role in helping to establish governance structures, setting up clear development processes, and implementing effective reporting tools to drive focus and impact.
- Supporting the creation of compelling Consumer Products & Experiences, by contributing to shaping strong consumer value propositions, assisting in the development of commercial offerings and customer journeys that enhance brand desirability, in close collaboration with clusters and cross-functional teams.
- Assisting in driving innovation through market testing, through the planning, coordination, and execution of MVP pilots and in-market testing for new services and adjacent products, while working closely with external partners, internal stakeholders, and regional teams.
- Supporting insight-driven Decision Making, by helping collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from consumer researches and in-market learnings to feed into recommendations to present to senior leadership across the business.
- Leading Market & Trend Researches, through monitoring competitive landscape and consumer trends to help identify opportunities for service innovation, and contributing insights that inform consumer-centric solutions.
- Continuous reporting and analyses on commercial performance vs targets including providing deep dive analyses on specific commercial topics.
Some travelling may be required, depending on project needs.

Additionally, you have and can demonstrate:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing or commercial functions. Experience in FMCG companies or in consultancy will be a plus.
- Strong analytical foundation based on quantitative skills, incl. confidence in working with data analysis and commercial insights (strong Excel toolkit).
- Great consumer understanding and ability to use consumers insights to address business challenges and drive sales.
- Strong knowledge of full marketing mix and passion for crafting best-in-class services/experiences and product offerings.
- Good project management experience, managing/executing (parts of) global projects in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Passion and curiousity about consumer behavior, with ability to combine analytical skills and a consumer-centric mindset to create meaningful, impactful experiences.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments while proactively managing day-to-day tasks with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellence-driven mindset, holding yourself and others accountable for crafting and delivering high-quality outcomes with a focus on continuous improvement.
