About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Planning Manager to support the development of our annual brand marketing strategy - building and implementing comms support models around marketing activities that enable annual objectives. In this global role, you will ensure that objectives are met through the application of comms modelling and integrated marketing principles that enable the marketing calendar to be defined and delivered with clarity, efficiency, and excellence.

As our new Brand Planning Manager, you will be working with teams across strategic functions in global, market and agencies to help shape how we address growth opportunities. Your tasks will support annual brand planning development, where specific responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of the global annual marketing strategy and calendar in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Implementing comms modelling principles and frameworks that devise clear support models across the marketing calendar.
- Operationalizing the annual strategy in a clear annual global brand marketing guidance.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across Global Office and Markets to support planning process and ensure aligned efforts.
- Partnering with and project managing strategy agencies to support and ensure milestones and deliverables are on time and on scope.
- Driving framework development, onboarding, and roll out to ensure a clear and operational annual strategy towards our global and cluster teams.

You are an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to manage stakeholder and agencies effectively. You have a customer-first strategic mindset and are able to combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You are resilient and curious with a genuine passion for brand building, and you enjoy working with a high degree of autonomy and proactiveness. Additionally, we expect that you have and can demonstrate:
- 5-8 years of experience from global matrix organizations, or from agency side, working in brand planning and management across marketing calendars and campaigns.
- Experience in developing global-to-local communications support models in integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) media environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing governance, structured planning frameworks, and guardrails that enable local market adaptation and flexibility.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect annual and quarterly planning, investment, and performance to strategic objectives.
- Clear understanding and experience with comms modelling, media strategy and global and local media landscapes across paid, owned, earned.
- Good understanding of audience-led and journey-based planning, connecting strategy, media, content, and activation to business and customer outcomes.
- Expertise in insights integration, analytical review, and performance tracking across brand and performance metrics.
