Brand Manager, New Services

As Brand Manager of New Services, you will be at the heart of Pandora’s growth strategy, driving the expansion of our services portfolio, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and elevating our brand's desirability. Partnering closely with the Services & Adjacent Products Director, you will lead the charge in innovating services that not only enhance the consumer experience but also strengthen Pandora’s vision of becoming the world’s largest and most desirable jewellery brand.
This role is both strategic and entrepreneurial, placing you at the forefront of scoping, piloting, and scaling new service offerings. From concept to execution, you will identify untapped potential, bring ideas to life, and create meaningful value for consumers worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the services pipeline – own and manage the Services pipeline, prioritization and release plan for new initiatives, being a key contributor in establishing and setting up new governance and decision-making forum to drive focus and impact.

Full responsibility of Services P&L and reporting – own long-term financial ambition and reporting related to the services business.

Create Compelling Consumer Experiences – craft strong and compelling consumer value propositions, commercial offering(s) and go-to-market / customer journeys, building best in class products and customer experiences that will drive brand desirability, in close collaboration with the clusters.

Drive Innovation Through Market Testing – scope, set up and manage MVP pilots and in-market testing of new services, working hands-on with external suppliers, key functions, and regional teams to ensure successful execution.

Turn Data into Strategic Decisions – analyse qualitative and quantitative insights from in-market testing, delivering clear recommendations and business case assessments to define what is relevant for Pandora’s service offerings.

Stay Ahead of the Market – Conduct deep-dive competitor, market, and consumer trend analysis to identify new opportunities for service expansion, leveraging insights to solve pain points and craft consumer-first solutions.

Engage and Influence Senior Stakeholders – Provide regular progress updates on KPIs, sharing key findings and impactful recommendations to drive alignment and decision-making.
Skills & Experience Required:

Extensive experience in driving innovation and managing projects, with a strong track record of developing strategies, piloting new initiatives, and unlocking untapped business opportunities - especially in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.

Strong analytical skills with both quantitative and qualitative expertise. Confident in building P&L models, assessing market opportunities, and deriving commercial insights through data analysis. Proficiency in Excel is essential.

Deep passion for understanding consumer behaviour and the ability to translate insights into actionable business growth opportunities.

Strong knowledge of the marketing mix, with a passion for crafting memorable, consumer-centric customer experiences that drive engagement and a deep emotional connection with the brand.

Skilled in engaging and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership, with the confidence to present insights, performance results, and strategic recommendations that drive decision-making.
