Now we are looking for a true consumer insights enthusiast with strong expertise in qualitative research to join our team in Copenhagen.  Do you want to contribute to identifying and shaping upstream innovations with your sharp analytical mind? Do you want to help the world’s largest jewellery company create relevant campaigns?  
 

Your main duties will include: 

  • Drive qualitative and ethnographic research projects alone or with the team to identify actionable insights that can impact functions across the business - stretching from better understanding certain purchase occasions and evaluating different campaign routes to early evaluations of new product ideas to identifying our customers’ decision trees 
  • Independently manage (and assist team in managing) all phases of the market research process for projects with a qualitative focus including needs identification, project scoping & design, execution, analysis, and presentation of results 
  • Support the social listening agenda, incl. identifying relevant topics, analysis of behavioural data & reporting 
  • Manage Pandora’s ongoing consumer community 
  • Develop relationships with external research vendors and moderators and interact with as needed 
  • Keep abreast of new and current market research techniques & implement innovative solutions 
  • Collaborate with commercial, innovation, design and brand communication teams to infuse insights in product & go-to-market concepts 
  • Support the framing of strategic & tactical insight topics 
  • Understand stakeholders’ business priorities as well as decision making needs 
  • Some travel might occur to participate e.g. in focus groups and in-home visits 

 

We are looking for a unique and talented colleague, who brings along the following: 

  • University degree (BSc or MSc in Anthropology, Ethnography, Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Sciences or similar field is considered a plus) 
  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role at client or agency side within an international setting 
  • Excellent observational, analytical and problem-solving skills and strong business acumen. 
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in the scoping and execution of a variety of qualitative methodologies (e.g. ethnography, consumer communities, social listening, IDIs and focus groups) 
  • Exceptional written, visual and verbal communication & presentation skills. 
  • Excellent ability to build argumentations based on qualitative insights & ability to substantiate insights with other data sources 
  • Passionate, curious colleague with a can-do attitude. 
  • Has an entrepreneurial drive and a track record of being able to independently complete complex tasks and projects within a previously agreed upon time frame. 
  • Must thrive in a fast paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and timelines 
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization 
  • Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken), presentation, and communication skills
