Join the Pandora Digital Transformation: Atlassian Tooling Lead Wanted!

Are you a tech enthusiast with a passion for leadership? Are you ready to dive into the heart of Pandora's digital transformation? We're on the hunt for an Atlassian Tooling Lead to join our dynamic team in Digital & Technology. If you're a Jira Jedi with a knack for rallying the troops and leading the charge, keep reading because this is your ticket to tech stardom.

You will join a team of transformation leaders, all committed to powering and accelerating our technology teams to deliver further business results for Pandora through new ways of working and new ways of thinking.

What's the job?

The Atlassian Tooling Lead plays a key role in guiding and steering our organisation through the Atlassian tooling landscape, especially of the legendary Jira. Here's your backstage pass to the action:

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

  • Atlassian Roadmap: Craft the master plan for our Atlassian implementation. Think milestones, timelines, and the dream team needed to make it all happen.
  • Governance: Set the rules of engagement. You'll define Pandora's custom standards for workflows and fields, bringing order to chaos.
  • Documentation: Become our Atlassian historian. Keep tabs on configurations, workflows, and those best practices.
  • User Management: You're the gatekeeper, granting access and offering support to our Atlassian enthusiasts.
  • Day2Day Configuration: Dive into the nitty-gritty. Create Jira projects, migrate data, enable those sweet plug-ins, and keep the gears turning.
  • User Training and Adoption: Be the Atlassian sensei. Lead workshops and training sessions so our teams can wield Jira like pros.
  • Integration: Team up with the DevOps crew. Integrate Atlassian with other tools and systems, ensuring a smooth tech symphony.
  • Facilitate "Communities of Practice": Gather the Atlassian super users and local admins for brainstorming sessions and knowledge sharing.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Play the data wizard. Whip up dashboards and reports that shed light on product performance and team insights.
  • Communication: Keep the troops informed! Share the transformation story with key stakeholders, because we're all in this together.

Your Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in something techy (Information Technology, Business Administration – you get the drift).
  • You're a Jira pro, and you've proven it in a big-league organisation.
  • Project management is your jam, especially when it's as grand as this Jira adventure.
  • You've got the gift to chat tech with anyone from the mailroom to the boardroom.
  • Experience in training and getting folks excited about new tools.
  • You're familiar with Lean Portfolio Management, agile methodologies, and project models that have gates.
  • Jira certifications would be a bonus, but if not, we'll help you level up!
