Pandora is looking for an Assortment Planning Manager - Interim to join our Global Merchandising team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will lead assortment planning processes, optimize collection performance, and collaborate across teams to bring strategic product visions to life.
What You’ll Do
As an Assortment Planning Manager, you will be responsible for building assortment architecture, financial planning, and sell-out forecasts for collections under your scope. You’ll drive Range Framework initiatives and lead cross-functional collaborations to ensure successful product launches and execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop bottom-up assortment architecture and financial plans to meet top-down financial targets for collections.

Manage sell-out forecasts across all milestones to align collection financial targets, planning, and allocation.

Oversee product lifecycle management to maximize assortment value, from creation to exit.

Collaborate with global and local merchandising teams to execute strategies and capitalize on commercial opportunities.

Drive cross-functional product development processes, contributing to impactful and commercially viable assortments.

Analyze trade results to deliver actionable insights to drive immediate commercial actions. Prepare comprehensive postmortem to inform product strategies.
What You Need to Succeed
We are seeking a commercially minded, strategic thinker with a strong ability to analyze data, lead teams, and collaborate effectively, while demonstrating agility in adapting to evolving priorities and business needs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with a focus on Merchandising, Buying, or Retail.

3-5 years of experience in Product Merchandising, Demand Planning, Buying, or Allocation.

1-2 years of leadership experience in a people management role.

Background in the retail or fashion industry is preferred.
