Associate Specialist, Visual Merchandising Guidelines

As our new Associate Specialist, VM Guidelines, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and production of product presentation guidelines that bring Pandora’s brand to life in retail environments. Based at our Copenhagen HQ and Retail-Lab, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity with precision, ensuring our visual merchandising standards are consistently applied across global markets.
Guideline creation meets hands-on execution
In this role, you will work closely with the Product Presentation team to develop campaign and non-campaign guidelines for windows, in-store displays, and trays. You’ll be hands-on in the Retail Lab, setting up trays for walkthroughs, styling fixtures, and supporting photoshoots to ensure every detail meets Pandora’s standards. Your work will help clusters implement guidelines effectively, driving consistency and excellence in product presentation worldwide.
You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to create practical “how-to” guides, maintain the Retail Lab, and support flagship store implementations. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to Pandora’s global retail experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the development and production of product presentation guidelines

Styling windows and in-store fixtures for walkthroughs and photoshoots

Setting up trays in the Retail Lab and converting them into Excel sheets for cluster delivery

Assisting with campaign implementations in the Copenhagen flagship store

Creating practical guides for in-store displays and creative elements

Maintaining the Retail Lab in collaboration with Student Assistants

Preparing materials for cluster calls and ad hoc design tasks
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

1–3 years of experience in in-store visual merchandising or a similar role
-
Background in retail industry

Relevant educational background (e.g., theatre design or similar creative field)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Bonus points for Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
