Associate Specialist, Technical Workplace

The Technical Host is responsible for hands-on technical and operational aspects of the office, building and grounds, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality and high-quality experience for employees, visitors, and contractors. Along with colleagues in technical maintenance, this role is responsible for proactively identifying and resolving technical issues, supporting facility operations, and maintaining systems critical to workplace efficiency. By combining technical expertise with exceptional service, the Workplace Technical Host upholds Pandora’s standards and values while fostering a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

The position requires collaboration within the Workplace team and flexibility for coverage between typical hours of 7:00-17:00 during weekdays and occasional weekends or evenings.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain all internal and external areas of Global office to high standards, with a focus on quality, service, operational functionality and safety.
  • Conduct daily technical and workplace inspections, promptly report and follow up on issues to minimize disruptions
  • Handle all furniture placement, maintenance, office moves and meeting/event setup
  • Support event coordination for facilitators and stakeholders, regarding technical setup and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and technical standards.
  • Reactive and preventive maintenance and repair.
  • Fire alarm handling.
  • Furniture & fixture overview & handling
  • Meeting and event setup and support
  • Workplace systems, processes, and technical platforms
  • Collaborate with catering, cleaning, and technical services to deliver an optimal user experience.
  • Administer technical supplies, organize storage areas, and maintain inventory.
  • Greet and support employees, consultants, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Stay updated on office activities and technical operations, facilitating clear communication across teams.
  • Tasks and projects assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical support, office facility operations, or similar roles.
  • Physically able to stand, sit, and move items or technical equipment
