Associate Specialist, Legal Counsel

About the Role
Pandora is currently looking for an Associate Specialist to join the Global Legal Team based in our Global Office in Copenhagen. Our team is a busy international group of more than 35 people. The team works closely together across geographies and time zones to provide legal and strategic advice and support to the various business functions in Pandora.
As an Associate Specialist in Global Legal, you will be supporting the Legal function, as well as internal and external stakeholders with various matters in our two sub-teams: Corporate Legal & Supply and Intellectual Property & Brand Protection.
Your tasks will be to support our legal counsels with, as well as independently handle, various legal matters. More specifically, responsibiltiies will include:
- Management, maintenance, and supervision of our company registry database and related matters.
- Corporate governance matters, including Pandora’s insider list and Annual General Meeting.
- Management and administration of our contract archive.
- Handling of Pandora’s corporate documents, as well as various contract work, i.e. contract reviews and non-disclosure agreements.
- Handling of other legal matters, i.e. drafting of opinions and memos, and others ad-hoc legal projects.
- IPR and Brand Protection related matters, incl. clearances and enforcement.
What is needed to succeed
You are a proactive and helpful team-player with a can-do attitude. You have a flair for details, and a structural approach to your work. You're curious and able to learn fast, and you're characterized by your positive attitude. Additionally, we expect that:
- You hold, or will soon hold, a Master of Laws or Master of Commercial Laws (cand.merc.jur.).
- You are proficient in both Danish and English, written as well as verbal.
- You ideally have experience with any of the above tasks, e.g. from a student assistant role in a legal function. It's an advantage but not a prerequisite, we will train you to manage the tasks.
- Having Excel and Power Point proficiency would be a strong advantage.
