About the Role

As a Global Retail Training Associate Specialist, you will play a key supporting role in creating, designing, and delivering impactful training solutions across multiple formats, including e-learning, classroom sessions, digital tools, printed materials, and videos, to support our retail employees across stores globally. You will collaborate closely with identified stakeholders across the Global Office and regional clusters to gather input and ensure alignment on training content and objectives. Additionally, you will coordinate the production of training assets, overseeing video and photo shoots for content creation, ensuring that all materials are relevant, up-to-date, and accessible to retail teams worldwide.

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

Training Content Development Support

  • Assist in the design and production of training materials across various formats, including e-learning modules, classroom presentations, digital resources, printed guides, and videos.
  • Develop specific content pieces as assigned by the Specialist, ensuring consistency and quality in all deliverables.


Project Coordination

  • Manage smaller-scale projects as assigned by the Manager, supporting departmental programs and ensuring timely progress and delivery.
  • Track project timelines and ensure alignment with established objectives, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Global Office and regional clusters to gather inputs and feedback for training content.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into materials to ensure that the content is relevant, aligned with objectives, and meets the needs of diverse teams.


Asset Creation Coordination

  • Organize and oversee the production of video and photo shoots for training assets.
  • Ensure the highest quality in the creation and delivery of visual training materials, maintaining consistency with overall training objectives and brand standards.

 

Up to 15 days of travel per year can be expected to destinations such as Europe, Asia, and North America.

Furthermore, we hope you have and can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in training content development, instructional design, or a similar role. Proven experience in retail is also beneficial.
  • Proficiency with authoring tools, eg. Articulate Storyline, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in order to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to foster a collaborative environment, using exceptional communication skills to build relationships.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and a passion to innovate as well as staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Strong communication skills, collaborate with identified stakeholders, and ensure alignment across teams to achieve training objectives.
