We are currently looking for a Data Privacy Associate Specialist to join Pandora on our exciting growth journey. This role will be part of the CRM and Loyalty Team in Global Marketing and is pivotal in ensuring that privacy is a differentiator, leveraging strong privacy standards to drive trust and brand loyalty in a world where consumers are becoming increasingly privacy-minded. The role will be key in creating customer trust and loyalty through best-in-class privacy consent, transparency, and control.

 

As a Data Privacy Associate Specialist, you will be responsible for:

 

Data Subject Rights (DSR) processes: Leading, documenting, and continuously improving the Data Subject Rights (DSR) process, including:

  • Managing the DSR operating model and processes in close collaboration with DSR agents based in Warsaw, Poland
  • Ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) for DSR requests
  • Supporting DSR agents in handling requests and addressing queries
  • Leading projects aimed at semi-automating the DSR process together with key stakeholders

 

Global Privacy initiatives: Driving and supporting global privacy initiatives, including:

  • Future-proofing our customer data privacy setup by following trends, best practices, relevant legal cases, and consent regulations (explicit and implicit, double opt-in)
  • Working closely with the Global Privacy Team and local legal counsels to update Pandora’s Privacy Policies across markets
  • Ensuring compliance in CRM & Loyalty activities by coordinating efforts with Global Privacy and Legal teams
  • Leading customer data retention and data storage processes in accordance with Pandora’s Privacy Policies
  • Providing updates to the Customer Data Business Owner on all relevant privacy-related topics

 

Customer Data Privacy in Marketing: Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on customer data privacy in Marketing and driving key initiatives, including:

  • Acting as Marketing’s go-to person for questions related to privacy and compliance
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of Terms & Conditions for the My Pandora loyalty programme
  • Supporting multiple initiatives, including (but not limited to) the rollout of mobile marketing channels across markets and providing privacy-by-design recommendations for new marketing features

 

Who you are:

You might be the person we are looking for if you are proactive, able to take initiative, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. We believe you bring strong motivation, a positive attitude, and curiosity to continuously develop new knowledge and skills in both physical and digital environments. You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on complex tasks. Furthermore, we believe you have:

  • A relevant degree, preferably within Law, Marketing, Digital Business, or a related field
  • Experience working with data privacy and/or compliance
  • Proficient knowledge of GDPR, CPRA, and similar regulations
  • Strong project management skills, ideally with tools such as Asana or Jira
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • The ability to collaborate daily with colleagues and teams across global markets
  • Strong verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
