Art Director - Dynamic Content Team

About the role
As an Art Director you will create and execute concepts for cross-channel marketing activations for specific global audiences. You are highly creative, innovative, and experienced in content creation for digital channels across geographies. The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative with a strong focus on photography, art direction and a good understanding of digital marketing and personalization.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Dynamic Content, the Art Director will:
- Develop concepts and execute personalized content for specific global audiences across various digital channels.
- Understand and translate strategic and commercial aspects of communication briefs by creating content that meets performance and brand objectives.
- Work side-by-side with copywriters and graphic designers to develop effective cross-channel communication.
- Present creative ideas to a diverse group of stakeholders across various seniority levels.
- Collaborate with our internal production studio to manage on-set functions, including giving feedback to cast and crew and partnering with photographers and videographers on the direction.
- Supervise the execution of assets from concept to delivery, including overseeing the development of creative guidelines to aid in execution, as well as the post-production, asset selection and retouching process.
- Help shape new, innovative ways of creating and delivering content that will enable Pandora to produce personalized content at scale.
Requirements
- Relevant university degree in Design, Art Direction or related field and a minimum of 8 years of art direction experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking and a high level of craft.
- Ability to translate business KPIs and brand requirements into creative across multiple channels and audiences.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively present and articulate ideas to senior stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of the creative process, video storytelling, as well as digital design for paid and owned media channels.
- Experience working for global brands with work spanning multiple geographies, hands-on experience with personalization and creative automation is a big plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Keynote required, video editing and photography skills are a plus.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements for digital marketing channels driving performance and brand awareness would be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Strong grasp on culture and eye for trends in the jewellery / fashion / beauty industry.
- Ego-less nature, motivation, and growth mindset.
