Art Director- Dynamic Content, Creative Team (BRACO)

About the job

You will oversee work in the creative team in close partnership with other creatives and the rest of Brand & Communication (BRACO) team. You are idea/solution driven, and at ease on omni-channel projects that clearly articulate 360 advertising concepts. The role should provide inspiration, innovation, and creativity and flair with strong focus on Photography/Art Direction, Video, Digital and Interactive Content.

 

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Dynamic Content, the Art Director will:

  • Develop ideas for communication campaigns on targeted audiences (including concepts & storyboards, visual intentions, photo and film production, content execution across main digital channels: banners, website, e-mail, social)
  • Understand the commercial aspects of communication briefs, to insure that proposals are both relevant and insightful
  • Pitch and present creative intentions to marketing/brand teams and management
  • Supervise the execution of assets from conception through shoot to post production and delivery including creative guidelines for proper deployment of art direction
  • Help shape new ways of delivering content, being part of the multi-disciplinary Dynamic Content team, which will bring innovation in terms of content ideation and development (e.g. fully personalized dynamic assets).

 

Requirements

  • Highly visually driven
  • Team player with strong interpersonal relation skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, dynamic, with a start-up mindset and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proven examples of producing high-level creative concept work
  • Experience with data insights, with the ability to apply insight to creative content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop / InDesign / Premiere Pro), Apple Keynote is required, video editing and photography skills a plus
  • Experience with Creative Management Platform e.g. Ad-lib, Celtra, and Smartly
  • Keen culture of image, design & music
  • Self-motivated and eager to keep learning and growing
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing
