A new 12-month maternity cover opportunity has arisen for an Art Director. This is a pivotal role shaping the visual identity of global brand and Global Campaigns. This person will partner with the Creative Director, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling, high-quality creative work across digital, print, retail, and social platforms.
The Art Director ensures that every visual output not only aligns with brand standards but also breaks creative ground to drive engagement and brand elevation globally.
Key Accountabilities:
- Co-develop campaign concepts and visual storytelling in partnership with the Creative Director and external brand agency.
- Lead the creation and delivery of consistent, high-impact visual assets across all touchpoints—digital, social, in-store, eCommerce, and print.
- Provide creative direction during photo and video shoots, collaborating closely with photographers, stylists, and production teams to realize the creative vision.
- Work cross-functionally with designers, writers, strategists, project managers, and production to ensure concept fidelity and timely asset delivery.
- Maintain a balance between global brand consistency and local relevance by overseeing the development of toolkits, guidelines, and scalable templates.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while infusing innovative, trend-aware elements into creative outputs.
- Supervise and guide the customization and localization of creative work for regional adaptation, including partnership with external agencies.
Required experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction, or a related creative discipline.
- 7+ years of professional experience in an art direction or senior design role, with strong campaign and visual storytelling work in a global context.
- A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative excellence across digital, print, retail, and content production.

You're entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that our digital assets and campaigns meet the pinnacle of quality and align seamlessly with our brand values. Furthermore, you should have the following experience.
- Art Direction: Strong conceptual thinking and an expert-level eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy across formats.
- Campaign Execution: Proven experience leading integrated brand campaigns from concept through production and final rollout.
- Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate abstract brand ideas into compelling, consumer-facing visuals.
- Production Expertise: Experience directing shoots and overseeing content production to align with campaign vision and quality expectations.
- Postproduction & Video Editing: Skilled in video postproduction, animation, and moving image editing, with experience in storyboarding and crafting engaging visual narratives.
- Creative Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide both internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality work.
- Toolkits & Localization: Skilled in building scalable creative toolkits and ensuring effective localization across regions and languages.
- Trend Awareness: Strong grasp of market, design, and cultural trends that inform fresh, relevant creative development.
