Art Director, eCommerce & CRM

The Art Director, eCommerce & CRM will lead the concepting and execution of high-impact product and on-figure imagery, CGI content, landing pages, and email visuals, ensuring consistency, conversion-optimization, and alignment with the brand’s digital strategy, as well as the wider brand strategy. The role also involves mentoring designers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, user-centric digital experiences.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead Art Direction for E-Commerce Content: Direct the creation of compelling product and on-figure content and CGI video assets that elevate product presentation and align with the brand aesthetic. Oversee the visual strategy for landing pages, trend content, collaborations, and exclusives across digital platforms. Help shape new, innovative ways of creating and delivering content that will position Pandora as a leader in the accessible luxury space.
- Collaborate with Creative Director, Digital & Production Teams: Partner closely with the Creative Director – E-Commerce & CRM and cross-functional teams (e-commerce, marketing, production, digital experience) to deliver assets that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. Collaborate with our internal production studio to manage on-set functions, including giving feedback to cast and crew and partnering with photographers and videographers on the direction.
- Develop E-Commerce Web Experiences: Collaborate with designers and copywriters on the creative development of trend-based and collaboration-specific e-commerce experiences, ensuring visual storytelling is optimized for user engagement and conversion.
- Ensure Cohesion Across Digital Platforms: Maintain consistent visual standards and storytelling across websites, email campaigns, and other CRM touchpoints. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while tailoring visual output for each channel’s needs.
- Guide & Mentor Design Team: Provide creative leadership and mentoring to designers, supporting the translation of marketing briefs into high-quality, on-brand digital visuals for e-commerce and CRM executions. Supervise the execution of assets from concept to delivery, including overseeing post-production and design execution.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in art direction, photography, digital media, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading e-commerce visual content and design direction, preferably within global fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience with product stills and on-figure imagery, CGI content, and design for digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative e-commerce visual assets and conversion-oriented content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Figma, and familiarity CGI asset workflows.
- Ability to guide and develop designers, fostering a culture of creative excellence and efficiency.
Furthermore, this position will report to the Creative Director, E-Commerce & CRM.
